What you'll do

• Lead and mentor non-provider staff
• manage daily clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling, and resource use
• monitor wait times, patient satisfaction, staff turnover, and budget adherence
• maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and internal-protocol compliance
• handle recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and performance management
• communicate performance data and improvement plans to regional leadership
• oversee budget control and P&L tracking
• provide floor support as needed.
