What you'll do

• Provide ServiceNow business and solutions consultancy
• attend pre-sales customer meetings and deliver presentations or product demonstrations
• demonstrate ITSM and other platform applications
• gather requirements and design, size, and scope solutions
• estimate time, resources, and costs, including complex deals and RFPs
• collaborate with sales, customers, ServiceNow, and delivery teams
• support sales positioning and project handoffs
• maintain demo instances, collateral, and estimating details
• monitor platform trends and competitive developments
• may help onboard new Account Executives and Solutions Consultants at the Director’s direction.
