The Registered Behavior Technician / Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist role is an onsite, full-time position in Plano, TX, with a stated wage range of $17.50–$19.00 per hour. Help Hope Solutions’ center-based clinical program provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, and other developmental needs. Working under the direction of clinical assistants, clinic supervisors or directors, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, the technician implements therapy sessions and records client progress. The role supports individualized clinical programs through structured sessions, accurate data collection, and clear documentation.

What you'll do

• Implement ABA therapy with clients at varying functional and developmental levels
• conduct one-to-one sessions, playdates, group shadowing, and occasional one-to-two sessions
• follow program and behavior protocol changes
• maintain organized therapy sessions and implement sensory requirements
• collect and record data
• complete graphs and program guides
• and write session summaries.
