Screen Printing Process Technician

The Screen Printing Process Technician role is onsite in Arlington, TX. Compensation is $24.09–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience. The technician supports production of printed glass products and related manufacturing processes at SLMP. The role prepares and operates screen-printing and automation equipment, monitors print quality, and troubleshoots process issues to keep production accurate and consistent. Documentation, inspections, and coordination with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering support safe, reliable production and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Prepare production lines and equipment to job specifications
• set up, operate, and monitor glass screen-printing and automation equipment
• mix inks according to formulas and batch sheets
• mount and align screens
• monitor print quality and adjust color, registration, and speed
• document setup and process changes
• troubleshoot equipment and processes
• inspect screens, raw materials, and finished products
• perform basic maintenance
• manage work orders in ERP systems
• collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering.
