What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting
• support repositioning, transfers, and walking
• check vitals and weight and report changes
• assist with meals and hydration
• make beds and tidy rooms
• support resident activities and companionship
• document care in the software system.
