What you'll do

• Handle incoming calls, emails, faxes, and voicemail
• enter orders
• run production reports as requested
• notify customers about unavailable items and offer substitutions where available
• direct calls and report issues to the appropriate teams
• assist inside sales with administrative tasks
• process special orders and price lists
• run approved credits
• assist with accounts receivable and payable functions
• and maintain customer relationships.
