What you'll do

• Process weekly payroll and related general-ledger, HSA, and 401(k) tasks
• perform accounts-receivable and accounts-payable inputs, check runs, wires, transfers, and petty cash
• prepare labor, AR, revenue, and cash reports
• complete month-end journal entries and reconciliations
• maintain fixed-asset schedules and depreciation
• support audits, regulatory reports, and property-tax returns
• use ADP, PLEX, and Excel as applicable.

Why this role

Accepts a bachelor’s degree with accounting emphasis, a two-year accounting degree plus three years of related experience, or 10+ years of related experience. Excel proficiency is critical; ADP and PLEX experience is preferred.
