Service Technician

Job overview

The Service Technician role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Pay is $30–$47.50 per hour. The position reports to the Service Department Manager and supports the service department’s objectives and revenue goals. The role develops service opportunities, prepares electrical estimates and proposals, and coordinates projects from initial customer contact through completion. It helps the department grow existing customer relationships and deliver work that meets customer expectations and company safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Respond to estimate and proposal requests
• identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities
• follow and create leads
• build strategic partner relationships
• coordinate customer and site contacts, proposals, change orders, contracts, and warranties
• prepare electrical estimates from drawings, sketches, and site visits
• obtain pricing and prepare bid summaries
• manage projects and provide technicians with project information
• manage multiple jobs and priorities.
