Director of Medical Services

What you'll do

• Manage Medical Services across the 10-county area
• hire, supervise, evaluate, and train staff
• maintain staffing levels and manage the program budget
• coordinate with administrative and clinical program directors
• oversee client care and documentation expectations
• develop and review policies, procedures, and strategic plans
• oversee specialized clinical services
• liaise with state and local organizations and the Pawnee Board of Directors
• provide reports and support audits
• provide direct services as outlined in the Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner position description
• provide medical and medication consultation and clinical supervision as appropriate.
