Inspire Medical Systems develops an FDA-approved medical device for people with obstructive sleep apnea and focuses on improving patient outcomes through sleep innovation. This architect defines and evolves enterprise data architecture so teams can use trusted data for analytics, reporting, governance, integration, and AI-related capabilities. The role guides platform modernization, data modeling, architecture standards, and distributed engineering delivery in support of business objectives and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Design and evolve data architectures using Lakehouse, Medallion, and scalable platform principles
• establish architecture standards, governance practices, data contracts, and design patterns
• enable data products for analytics, AI, machine learning, reporting, and operational decisions
• lead enterprise data modeling and data contract strategy
• align architecture investments with business outcomes and regulatory requirements
• guide platform modernization and integration using APIs and event-driven patterns
• develop KPIs and measurement frameworks with stakeholders
• mentor technical talent and guide distributed engineering teams.
