What you'll do

• Advise the Head of Lyft Urban Solutions on priorities and tradeoffs
• own annual planning and OKRs
• improve leadership operating rhythms and governance
• prepare executive meetings and reviews
• lead cross-functional strategic initiatives
• manage internal communications and change efforts
• partner on organizational effectiveness and headcount planning
• build alignment across teams
• develop scalable processes, including AI and automation.
