Human Resources Manager

What you'll do

• Advise management and employees on personnel matters, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution
• investigate employee complaints and EEOC charges
• conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback
• partner with the Distribution Center Manager on staffing strategy and workforce planning
• oversee temporary staffing agencies
• manage orientation, onboarding, and training
• monitor employment-law updates and I-9 compliance
• administer safety and workers’ compensation programs with the Safety Manager and insurance carriers
• manage performance reviews and promotion processes
• supervise HR support staff
• maintain organizational charts, employee records, and HRIS data
• answer benefits questions, assist with open enrollment, and provide payroll backup.
