What you'll do

• Respond in person to crisis calls
• provide triage, de-escalation, and supportive stabilization
• assist with crisis assessments under Licensed Professional direction
• implement Person-Centered Plan interventions such as coping skills, safety planning, and community linkage
• collaborate on plan development
• supervise Associate Professionals and Paraprofessionals under an individualized plan
• document services
• coordinate follow-up with emergency services, LME/MCOs, and providers
• participate in 24/7 first-responder coverage
• support telehealth follow-ups as directed
• travel to community locations.
