The Year-Round Swim Instructor — Indoor Pool role is onsite at the Lake Nona location in Orlando, FL. Compensation is $15 per hour, with up to 30 hours per week. British Swim School teaches water-survival skills and swimming techniques to children and adults. The instructor leads structured lessons using the school's curriculum, helping students build water-safety skills, swimming ability, and confidence. The role also supports safe, organized lessons through student supervision, equipment preparation, and communication with families and the Aquatics Manager.

What you'll do

• Teach students from 3 months old through adulthood using the British Swim School curriculum
• lead small-group or private lessons
• adapt instruction to individual needs
• supervise swimmers and follow safety procedures
• communicate progress to students and parents
• prepare and sanitize equipment
• review rosters and student notes
• keep the pool deck organized
• report incidents to the Aquatics Manager.
