The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Sioux Falls, SD. Compensation is $30.00–$35.82 per hour. The nurse supports Trail Ridge Senior Living Community and its care for older adults. The RN provides resident-centered nursing care, assesses residents, contributes to care planning, and coordinates with residents, families, and staff. The role also guides nurse aides and medication aides as directed and communicates changes in residents’ conditions to the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide resident-centered nursing care
• complete resident assessments and participate in care planning
• work with residents, families, and staff on individual care plans
• guide and support nurse aides and medication aides as directed by the Director of Nursing
• monitor changes in resident condition and share updates with the care team
• help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming community.
