The position supports the CHARS Manager and X-Clinic’s clinical operations and community-based prevention efforts at Codman Square Health Center. The supervisor leads the X-Clinic Navigation team and coordinates program operations, grant deliverables, data, and patient navigation. The role helps improve access to sexual health services and care for communities at risk for HIV, hepatitis C, and other sexually transmitted infections, using a harm reduction and health equity approach.

What you'll do

• Supervise and onboard clinical navigators
• ensure navigator coverage
• develop workflows for PrEP, STI testing, express services, and referrals
• coordinate grant deliverables and reporting
• maintain the PrEP client database and retention outreach
• ensure external results are entered into Epic
• support patient navigation during clinic sessions as needed
• improve clinic workflows and community referral partnerships
• expand outreach, sexual health education, and family planning services.

Why this role
