Production Operator, Night Shift

Job overview

The Production Operator, Night Shift role is onsite in Plumsteadville, PA, with pay of $22–$26 per hour. The schedule is 4 PM–4 AM, Monday through Thursday, with eight hours of overtime guaranteed each week. Custom Particle Reduction processes bulk powder compounds. The operator runs and monitors equipment used to process bulk materials, follows work orders and safety and quality procedures, and records production information to support consistent processing and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Process bulk materials using blending, grinding, crushing, milling, filling, conveying, and screening equipment
• monitor parameters in work orders
• follow quality, safety, and food-safety checklists
• clean and maintain equipment and workstations
• assist with equipment reassembly
• complete inventory, safety, and quality documentation
• participate in departmental inventory and cleanup initiatives.
