What you'll do

• Supervise and support Field Representatives on assigned routes
• review and monitor timecards
• develop route schedules and coordinate coverage for absences or operational needs. Provide coverage for unstaffed routes as needed, address delays and service disruptions, train and onboard representatives, oversee company vehicles and maintenance, conduct periodic ride-alongs or field observations, and assist management with reporting and staffing needs.
