The Real Estate Agent - Buyers, Listings & Showing Opportunities role is onsite in Rochester, NY. Compensation includes $30 per hour for showing opportunities plus qualifying closing bonuses; buyer and listing transactions are commission-based. Attorney Backed Agents supports real estate professionals with technology, training, marketing, and professional resources. The agent works with buyers and sellers, develops a client pipeline, and participates in showings and transaction activities. The role is intended to help an agent gain experience, build relationships, and grow toward a full-service buyer’s and listing agent business.

What you'll do

• Show homes to buyers
• work with buyer clients from consultation through closing
• identify buyer needs and property criteria
• prospect for buyer and seller opportunities
• follow up with leads
• build and manage a real estate pipeline
• develop homeowner relationships and pursue listings
• attend inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and appointments
• coordinate contractors and property appointments
• maintain client notes in the CRM
• participate in training, coaching, prospecting, and accountability.
