Machine Operator — 3rd Shift

The Machine Operator — 3rd Shift role is onsite in Muskegon, MI; compensation is $18–$24 per hour. Lakeside Surfaces fabricates and installs granite, marble, and quartz countertops for residential and commercial projects. The operator maintains and runs production machinery, loading and positioning stone products and monitoring production flow. The role supports accurate fabrication through tooling setup, quality checks, safe crane operation, preventive maintenance, and participation in production improvements.

What you'll do

• Maintain and operate production machinery
• orient, stage, and position stone tops and parts
• use job-processing software to monitor production flow and schedules
• inspect and align tooling
• unload machines and perform quality checks
• operate overhead cranes safely
• load router-style tooling according to orders
• perform preventive maintenance
• participate in production studies and improvements
• work with the machine team to meet production results.
