Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations for assigned residential properties
• conduct routine inspections
• support rent collection and lease compliance
• respond to resident questions and concerns
• coordinate maintenance requests and monitor unit turns and vacancies
• maintain resident files and regulatory compliance
• assist with audits, reporting, and documentation
• provide backup coverage
• contribute to special projects and process improvements
• uphold Fair Housing standards and confidentiality.
