What you'll do

• Manage leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, collections, and administrative functions
• oversee applicant eligibility and resident certifications
• maintain complete, audit-ready files
• market units and process applications, move-ins, and move-outs
• collect rent and monitor delinquency
• prepare budgets and financial reports
• inspect the property and coordinate work orders and vendors
• respond to resident concerns
• enforce lease terms and community policies
• support audits and regulatory reviews
• maintain Fair Housing compliance.

Why this role
