What you'll do

• Conduct field investigations of residential and commercial property losses
• analyze policy language and determine coverage applicability and exposure
• document damage with photographs, measurements, interviews, and field notes
• prepare estimates using Xactimate and other resources
• establish claim reserves
• prepare reports, coverage analyses, settlement recommendations, and correspondence
• review contents losses
• investigate subrogation opportunities
• coordinate experts
• negotiate settlements within authority
• maintain claim records and comply with regulations and carrier guidelines.
