This role exists to identify and assess the nutritional needs of assigned patients and residents, initiating interventions to achieve and maintain their nutritional status. The PRN Registered Dietitian provides flexible coverage for vacations and appointments, contributing to the team's goal of enhancing the quality of life for patients in long-term care and acute settings.

What you'll do

• Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team
• educate patients, residents, staff, and consultants
• follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility regulatory requirements
• interact with other departments to set procedures and policies
• participate in continuous quality improvement programs.
