The Patient Engagement Specialist is a full-time, onsite role based in Las Vegas, NV, supporting Astrana Care of Nevada operations. Compensation is $24–$30 per hour. The position helps prospective and existing patients move through a coordinated journey from initial contact to appointments, first visits, and ongoing engagement. Through lead follow-up, patient communications, clinic coordination, and accurate documentation, the specialist supports effective engagement workflows and identifies opportunities to improve operations.

What you'll do

• Follow up on patient-generated leads
• explain clinic services, providers, resources, and enrollment processes
• support appointment conversion and clinic tours
• coordinate scheduling, check-in, and initial visits
• conduct outreach by phone, text, and email
• support patient-facing materials and community events
• document interactions and outcomes
• monitor lead progression and escalate concerns
• communicate engagement trends and improvement opportunities
• support health plan documentation workflows and patient outreach.
