What you'll do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at customer locations
• provide on-call service in a rotation, including after-hours support
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, structural, and electronic issues
• conduct post-repair safety audits
• document findings and recommend corrective actions
• consult customers on repair, safety, and material handling improvements
• complete service reports and electronic documentation
• maintain company equipment and vehicles
• follow safety procedures and participate in monthly safety meetings.
