Screenprint Machine Operator

Job overview

The Screenprint Machine Operator role is onsite in Detroit Lakes, MN, with day-shift starting pay of $17 per hour or night-shift starting pay of $22 per hour. The day schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; the night schedule is Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM. Lakeshirts produces decorated apparel and other products, turning customer artwork into finished goods. The operator prepares garments and runs production equipment while checking order details and quality. Accurate production work and coordination with teammates help keep orders moving and ensure finished garments meet specifications.

What you'll do

• Review production orders and artwork details
• operate screenprint, embroidery, laser, and other garment decoration equipment
• set up and change over jobs
• load and unload garments and production materials
• use computer systems to access specifications
• inspect quality and counts
• fold, label, box, and record finished garments
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• communicate with inventory, leads, and teammates.
