What you'll do

• Provide field leadership and operational support across active heavy civil projects
• coordinate superintendents, foremen, crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and priorities
• support planning, scheduling, production, quality, safety, and execution
• work with project management and operations leadership to resolve field issues
• monitor manpower and equipment utilization
• reinforce accountability for safety, productivity, workmanship, schedule, and cost awareness
• mentor field leaders
• communicate project status, constraints, resource needs, and risks.
