By using recruiting data, developing team capability, and partnering with business leaders, the role helps staff Operations teams and improve the candidate and hiring-manager experience.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day full-cycle Operations recruiting, including hiring events and leadership recruiting where applicable. Coach and motivate the recruiting team to meet KPIs, metrics, and hiring targets
• develop recruiting strategies
• analyze recruiting data and report on staffing, hire rates, pipelines, and effectiveness
• collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate needs
• support Operations leadership requisitions from source to hire
• and partner with Talent Development, HR Operations, and Operations leadership. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including leadership recruiting, and 3+ years leading a team. High-volume recruiting, automotive recruiting, hiring-event leadership, and experience leading newer people leaders are preferred or desired.
