• enhance technology and deploy innovative concepts
• use project management methods to deliver changes on time and on budget
• use data visualization to represent patient and customer feedback
• connect experience data with operational and care-team metrics
• promote relationship-centered communication
• coach clinical leaders and staff on workflows
• travel across the enterprise, not exceeding 25%.
