What you'll do

• Complete service requests
• prepare apartments for move-in
• maintain curb appeal and common areas
• troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, locks, and other items
• support special projects, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• communicate with the team and residents
• participate in the on-call rotation for occasional after-hours maintenance emergencies. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with some evenings and weekends for on-call rotation.
