What you'll do

• Coordinate dining-room operations and timely meal service in a respectful environment
• set up and clean the cafe
• greet and serve participants
• assist back-of-house staff when needed
• support pantry and supply oversight
• train and supervise volunteer servers
• maintain meal-service records
• and communicate incidents to the Cafe Program Supervisor. The role also includes de-escalating participant conflicts and helping maintain a safe, organized space.
