What you'll do

• Complete conflict-of-interest reports, including internet searches
• consult the NBI Reference Manual
• assign client matter numbers and affiliations
• notify attorneys of matter-opening issues
• maintain client matter modifications and database integrity
• process business reports
• handle matter reopenings and exiting attorney reports
• safeguard confidential information
• train and mentor new NBI hires, staff, and attorneys on procedures.
