What you'll do

• Manage assigned personal injury cases as they enter litigation
• handle Settlement Guardian ad Litem matters and related filings
• attend hearings and court proceedings as assigned
• address motor vehicle infraction matters
• assist with pre-litigation analysis and settlement strategy
• communicate with clients, insurers, defense counsel, medical providers, and other parties
• collaborate with paralegals and support staff.
