The Sales Associate Trainee, Rental and Supply role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX. Compensation is $54,032–$83,924 per year. The role develops sales capability with new and existing customers through training, assignments, and rotations. It prepares the trainee to contribute as an Outside Sales Representative in Rental or a Supply Sales Representative, while supporting customer needs and branch operations.

What you'll do

• Participate in developmental activities, assignments, and rotations
• learn company culture, branch operations, and sales methods
• learn systems for quotes, rentals, sales, reservations, and territory management
• collect customer information and identify needs
• use sales and marketing tools and CRM to find opportunities
• coordinate with branch departments and inside sales representatives
• support equipment needs assessments, training, demonstrations, quotations, catalogs, and credit applications
• negotiate rental and sales prices within company policies
• participate in joint sales calls, pass leads, and open new accounts.
