The Home Health Aide works onsite in clients’ homes in the South Hanover area; the listing location is Williamsport, PA. Pay is $11–$13 per hour. EmmUcare Home Health provides non-medical in-home support centered on each person’s needs. The role helps clients remain comfortable, supported, and independent by following care plans and assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, household tasks, companionship, and medication reminders. Caregivers record completed tasks and report changes to the office team.

What you'll do

• Follow each client’s care plan
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, incontinence care, mobility, and transfers
• prepare meals
• help with light housekeeping and laundry
• provide companionship
• offer medication reminders according to the care plan
• report changes in client condition or needs
• record completed tasks
• and use electronic visit verification.
