What you'll do

• Review project plans, specifications, addenda, and bulletins
• prepare estimates from conceptual and schematic design through bid documents
• research subcontractors, suppliers, and construction materials
• coordinate job-site information gathering
• analyze plans and specifications and perform quantity take-offs across CSI divisions
• identify labor, material, and production cost factors
• maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships
• prepare trade scopes and bid packages
• coordinate with Project Management and field operations
• communicate bid information at pre-construction meetings.
