Lead Maintenance Technician

The Lead Maintenance Technician role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, supporting the Avistar at the Parkway apartment community. Compensation is $29–$31 per hour. The role supports Foresight Asset Management’s multifamily property operations and resident service. The technician leads daily maintenance work, preventive maintenance, unit make-readies, repairs, and vendor coordination to keep apartments and shared areas safe and functional. The role also supervises and develops maintenance staff, responds to resident requests, and participates in a rotating emergency on-call schedule that includes nights and weekends.

What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, and inspect maintenance staff
• manage preventive maintenance and property inspections
• respond to resident service requests
• lead apartment make-ready work
• diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, appliance, carpentry, flooring, paint, pool/spa, and security/emergency systems
• manage supplies, inventory, budgets, vendors, records, and compliance
• mentor and train technicians
• participate in rotating on-call coverage.
