What you'll do

• Perform damage investigations and audits, including field safety audits
• conduct ride-alongs
• manage ticket distribution, vehicles, equipment, and supplies
• assist with team recruitment
• mentor and guide locate technicians
• help with difficult locates
• conduct crew meetings and reporting
• learn about equipment and technology
• address customer concerns
• report and investigate accidents and injuries
• follow standard operating procedures.
