General Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs in campus buildings
• maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and shop areas
• operate maintenance equipment
• identify, correct, or report safety issues
• install and repair structural woodwork, flooring, ceilings, cabinetry, locks, doors, gutters, siding, drywall, windows, and related fixtures
• perform preventive maintenance
• respond to routine and emergency repair calls
• install equipment and order parts and supplies.
