Customer Success Manager – Satellite Ground Services

Job overview

The Customer Success Manager – Satellite Ground Services role is hybrid in the Greater Denver region, with a target annual compensation range of $90,000–$120,000. KSAT provides satellite ground-station services for space-to-ground communications and data acquisition. The role is local to Greater Denver, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate. The manager owns customer relationships and onboarding, monitors account health and renewals, and communicates customer needs and feedback to internal teams. The role supports customer retention, service improvement, and long-term relationships across KSAT’s satellite services portfolio.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and understand their needs throughout the customer lifecycle
• lead onboarding and coordinate service implementation
• maintain customer success plans
• monitor adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and account health
• conduct business reviews
• communicate customer feedback and trends internally
• coordinate responses to inquiries, service issues, and escalations
• manage renewals
• identify potential upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
• track customer health, retention, churn risk, and adoption metrics
• report account insights to management
• support a customer-focused culture. Travel is estimated at 20%, primarily to U.S. customer sites and annually to Tromsø, Norway.
