What you'll do

• Paint, finish, and refinish Building Authority properties
• perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and alterations including interior and exterior painting, vinyl wall covering repair and installation, vinyl base installation, drywall and plaster patching, and caulking. Assist other shops with maintenance repairs and follow policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
