The technician works in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and support families in executing behavioral strategies.

What you'll do

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBAs, collect data to monitor treatment effectiveness, support BCBA with family training, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and physically assist clients during sessions.
