The Behavior Technician (Willing to Train) is an onsite role based in Hamburg, NY, supporting the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy department. Compensation is $19-$22 per hour, and this role supports a national behavioral health organization dedicated to providing gold-standard care for children on the autism spectrum. This role exists to provide one-on-one specialized treatment to children in center-based settings. The technician works in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and support families in executing behavioral strategies.

What you'll do

  • Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBAs, collect data to monitor treatment effectiveness, support BCBA with family training, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and physically assist clients during sessions.
