What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care and nursing assistance
• conduct environmental safety rounds and document safety observations
• participate in treatment planning and discharge planning
• monitor patient progress and communicate behavioral observations to the treatment team
• support therapeutic activities and groups
• supervise patients, assist with activities of daily living, orient new patients, and maintain patient and department documentation.
