Patient Services Coordinator

The Patient Services Coordinator role is full-time and onsite in Park City, UT, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The stated pay range is $22–$25 per hour. bVital is a regenerative medicine and brain health clinic whose clinical team provides advanced therapies and complex protocols. The coordinator supports patient communication and clinical operations behind the scenes, ensuring messages, records, lab results, and service tickets are handled accurately and promptly. The role connects patients with providers and medical assistants, routes non-urgent questions, and follows issues through to resolution.

What you'll do

• Respond to patient messages, emails, and portal inquiries with same-day turnaround
• handle inbound calls and document interactions
• triage, respond to, escalate, and close Zendesk tickets
• upload lab results and patient records into Cerbo
• monitor the labs inbox and route results for provider review
• send clinical communications as directed
• liaise between patients and the clinical team on non-urgent questions
• complete Cerbo tasks within 24 hours and maintain documentation standards.
