What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• monitor access and verify authorized entry
• maintain awareness of lobby, office, and customer-facing areas
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random patrols
• document incidents and observations and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
