The Veterinarian and Equity Owner role is onsite in New Prague, MN, with compensation of $120,000–$175,000 per year. The full-time opportunity is at an independent small-animal general practice and urgent-care clinic serving dogs and cats, about 45 minutes from the Twin Cities. The veterinarian provides wellness, urgent, diagnostic, and surgical care while developing the clinical, leadership, and financial skills needed to work toward practice ownership through a four-year work-to-own arrangement.

What you'll do

• Perform wellness examinations and urgent-care assessments
• diagnose illnesses and injuries and recommend treatment
• perform dental, ophthalmic, and soft-tissue procedures as needed
• prescribe medication
• advise owners on referrals and follow-up care
• provide team leadership and learn financial and administrative responsibilities.
