What you'll do

• Perform interviewer duties up to 50% of the time, which may include assigned calling shifts and backup coverage
• complete required project and team-lead training
• coach interviewers on equipment, system access, and calling procedures
• answer protocol questions
• communicate issues to management
• conduct and document monitoring and feedback sessions
• track sample needs and attendance
• assist with schedule adjustments
• and support new-hire and refresher training.
