E-Coat Machine Operator, First Shift

The E-Coat Machine Operator, First Shift role is onsite in Kings Mountain, NC. Compensation is $20.50 per hour. The operator joins a manufacturing team producing coated parts to quality and production standards. The role operates and monitors the E-Coat line, handles parts, checks coating quality, and makes routine adjustments to support safe, efficient production. It also maintains production records and reports equipment or process issues to maintenance and supervision.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor E-Coat production equipment
• load and unload parts
• inspect coated parts and monitor thickness, coverage, and finish
• make routine machine adjustments
• report malfunctions and production issues
• maintain production and quality records
• perform basic preventive maintenance and housekeeping
• follow production schedules and safety procedures.
