What you'll do

• Provide maintenance coverage at properties with staffing gaps or pending projects
• coordinate with maintenance and area management teams
• identify and prioritize projects and obtain pricing
• execute capital projects as directed
• support staff development and recruitment
• use maintenance tools and equipment and apply knowledge of building systems.
